I began coaching in 2011, coming to the endeavor with a lifetime of creative practice buoying my experience of the world: writing, photography, visual art and pottery sustained me for many years as I supplemented a living with a cornucopia of service industry jobs. This creative work and people-focused labor deepened my belief in service to others. I love people, and I love stories. Your story is often the only thing they really let you have. So how do we move along that path as who we are, negotiating obstacles and employing resources unique to our lives? This is, and has always been, my very favorite puzzle. It's where I roll up my sleeves and get to work with you.

My coaching practice brings new curiosity to every client, beginning exactly where you are. The diverse and dynamic worlds of my clients have pushed me to study a broad palette of skills including somatic coaching, ADHD coaching, organizational methodologies, mindfulness, holistic health coaching, and recovery modalities. The work continually expands and develops, deepening my holistic approach customized for each client and team I work with. Because every client is unique, I begin with an immersive openness to each horizon I'm offered. From personal creative coaching to corporate culture and team analysis, each and every interaction is grounded in service to the client.
